UK. Wales. Hay on Wye. Literary Festival. Writer. Leslie NORRIS. The prolific Merthyr poet and short story writer Leslie NORRIS has won the Katherine Mansfield medal and the 1991 John Hughes Prize. In 1992 he gave the inaugural Rhys Davies Memorial Lecture.
