May l 93.During the continued construction of the cable stys, the building of the Towers, the deck, and the flyover ramps, are continued, a task which has taken so far 4 years of labour.This worker is on the concrete approach flyover which is built on piers, each concrete deck once moulded is advanced into position with the help of a minute hydraulic scre-jack which is operated by computer by a single man.The segments are linked one into the other and will form the approach ramp to the Tower (in the background), the hydrolic jacks will have a power of 40.000 tonnes as they place each section into position.
