BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA. Sarajevo. 1993. At the Kosevo hospital, children are treated for wounds sustained during a Serbian mortar attack on their school. A teacher and three children were killed, 21 wounded. Having lived in the city, Serbian forces who besiege Sarajevo are expected to know the exact location of every institution. Later Bosnian Serb leader Radovan KARADIC claimed the shells were coming from Croat lines.. which are out of reach of mortar shells.
