Jean Gaumy
A Gendarme from Papichton Pompidouville, touring the villages on the Maroni river. He checks identities and hand out RMI, the "Revenu Minimum d'Isertion": this is a French government social help system, that allows unemployed people to get allowances, if they prove to be born in Guayana, thus French citizens. This aid turns up to be dangerous for the local economy development, but it provides new voters for the electoral campaigns.
