G.B. London March 24th, 1999: Anti-PINOCHET militants, families of disappeared, anxiously wait for the British Lords' decision concerning the immunity and possible extradition of General Pinochet. The announcement of Pinochet having to face, partially, crimes against humanity was received on Parliament Square with great joy.
