BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA. Mostar. December 1994. These are the last photos of Italian actor Gian Maria VOLONTE during the shooting of the film "The gaze of Odysseus" which was being directed in various Balkan locations by Theodoros ANGELOPOULOS.
Gian Maria VOLONTE played the role of a Curator of a film Library beside the American actor Harvey KEITEL who was a film director in search of a classic Balkan film that had disappeared in the course of history.The two actors were on location shooting amidst the ruins of the city of Mostar in Bosnia.
