The seizure of 20 kilos of pure heroin in a small apartment at Tai Po in the New Territories of Hong Kong, which had been transformed as a loaboratory and base for drug dealers. The raid was under the supervision of Superintendant Chris CANTLEY of the HK Anti Narcotics Police Squad.They arrested Mr Yip (47) who risks a sentence of 20 years in jail.The police are still looking for other people in this connection in Hong kong and in China where the heroin transits on its route from the Golden Triangle in northern Thailand.There are 350 grammes in each packet of 'brown heroin' (half units).From 80% they mix the heroin, and compress it to make 25% pure heroin.
