The Estuary of the Seine river is often victim of violent storms. Storms have caused turmoil with the GEOTEXTILE sheets that are used as flatbeds in the building of the bridge. The aim is to keep the underbed firm, in order to put the soil and rocks above which the piers for the approach ramps will be built.
