INDIA. Cradled in the Vindhyan Ranges of the Madhya Pradesh State, the Bandhavgarh National Park is not listed in the INDIAN TIGER reserve under the PROJECT TIGER, yet it can boast of the largest relative abundance of Tigers in the World in this small park of 105 square kilometers. It was in the adjoining forests of this park, that the erstwhile Maharaja of Rewa cptured the last known White Tiger in 1951. This park was declared a National Park in 1958. 1991.
