Construction of the Pont de Normandie (Normandy Bridge). The world's largest cable stayed bridge, located on the Estuary of the Seine between the ports of Honfleur and Le Havre. It will become an important commercial european axis. It will link with the international port of Le Havre, with the Cross Chanel Tunnel and with the major highway A.29 connecting with Spain.
