UKRAINE. Luhyny. West of Chernobyl. A village in a very lowly contaminated area that the Chernobyl Development and Recovery Programme, initiated by the United Nations, is investing in so as to keep the village alive. Nursury. The effects of the accident at Chernobyl is a potential timebomb for the future generations.
