FRANCE. Behren-lès-Forbach. March 23, 2006.
Behren-lès-Forbach is a former mining town with an important population of emigrants from Italy, Poland, and Algeria arrived in eastern France during the late 50s and the 60s to work in the mines when the demand for labor was significant. After the mines shut down Behren became the poorest bedroom town in France with one of the highest unemployment rate (40% of the population).
Young joked with a mask of Oussama Bin Laden.
