Jean Gaumy
UKRAINE. From April 20th to May 2nd, 2009. In the Narodychi region. Traces of fires sometimes caused by people who want to find abandoned metals in order to sell them when they are highly irradiated. Fire is one of the most important risks concerning radio activity. The roots of the plants take the radioelements disseminated by the plant explosion from the ground and bring them to the surface. The fire again disperses these radioelements in the open air.
