Larry Towell 

Population in need, in conflict areas, forgotten and neglected, are the driving force behind the work of Medecins Sans Frontiers/Doctors Without Borders (MSF), an independent international humanitarian organization active in more than 70 countries around the world whose principles are found its independence, neutrality and impartiality.

Larry Towell was commissioned by MSF to visit the mission in Peru, where they had been working since 1985, setting up projects from one of the largest and most crowded prisons in Latin America to the poorest slums in Lima. The picture, and the words expressed...
